A man was inappropriately touching himself outside Becontree station.
Police were called to Gale Street in Becontree yesterday (November 14) at 12.27am to reports of a man touching himself near the entrance.
While officers were at the scene, no arrests have been made at this time.
However, police are continuing to investigate the matter and the force is appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 00:27 hrs on Thursday, 14 November to reports of a man inappropriately touching himself outside Becontree underground station, Becontree.
“Our investigation continues.
“Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote 0138/14Nov. You can also provide information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
