Police said there have been no arrests as they issued an update on the condition of a man stabbed in Dagenham yesterday.
A man in his 20s found stabbed in a residential road is now in a stable condition, a Metropolitan Police spokesperson has confirmed.
The update comes after officers were called to reports of a stabbing in Birdbrook Close at around 4.30pm on Monday (September 2).
A police cordon was erected outside homes in the street as London's Air Ambulance landed in the nearby Beam Parklands Country Park.
