It is a little known fact that Arsenal have never signed a player from West Ham United! Snobs!!

There have been plenty who have made the journey from Highbury and the Emirates over to Upton Park though and on the eve of they first clash between the two at the London Stadium on Saturday we have listed those players.

We have rated them in order from the best right down to Jeremie Aliadiere. See what you think and who would be your number one player to have played for both.

1. LIAM BRADY

A true Arsenal legend, the Irishman helped the Gunners to a memorable FA Cup win in 1979 and in that same season, he was voted the PFA player of the year.

Moved to West Ham from Italian side Ascoli in 1989 and showed he still had class in over 100 appearances in claret and blue, scoring 10 goals.

4. JOHN HARTSON

The big Welsh striker moved from Luton to Arsenal in 1995 making 54 league appearances and scoring 14 goals, but it was his move to West Ham that really kick-started his career. 5. IAN WRIGHT

Rightly an Arsenal legend, he broke the club scoring record at the time with 185 in 279 starts and won the Premier League, two FA Cups, one league cup and the Cup winners’ Cup at Highbury.
