Wayne Burnett increases options in squad with signing of versatile youngster
Nicholas Hamalainen is the latest new face at Dagenham & Redbridge after joining on a month-long loan from Championship side QPR.
The Finnish under-18 international started in the heart of midfield for Daggers in their 1-0 friendly win over Crystal Palace but can also play on the left flank and centre back
His versatility may be needed with Daggers currently struggling with the fitness of players in those areas.
Hamalainen, 18, joined Rangers last summer having previously been with FC Dallas of the MLS but has yet to make a senior appearance for the west Londoners.
