Patricia HILL (nee Plumb) Passed away at EllenorLions Hospice 2nd March 2010 aged 66 Greatly missed by Son Matthew and Partner Peter. She will be sadly missed by Family and many Friends Funeral service Medway Crematorium on 23rd March at 10.20am afterwards at Mid Kent Golf Club Family flowers only Donations EllenorLions Hospice greatly appreciated
