COOKE peacefully on 2nd June 2010 at his home Don of March, aged 79 years. Very dearly loved husband of Rita, much loved dad of Jim and Roger, father in law of Pat and Angela and devoted grandad of Jonathan, Julie, Gemma and Daniel. Cremation will take place at Mintlyn Crematorium, Kings Lynn on Thursday 17th June 2010 at 11.30am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life at Trinity Church, March at 1.15pm. Family flowers only. If desired, donations to be divided between Dr Taylor and Partners at Cornerstone Practice and Trinity Church, March may be made at the service or sent to Turner and Son, Independent Funeral Directors, City Road, March, Cambs, PE15 9LS.
