Thomas Frederick BAKER Passed away peacefully on 16th September 2010 Much loved Father to Colin, Grandad to Wayne, Carly, Glen, Claire and Andy and Great Grandad to Louie. We will all miss him deeply Funeral Medway Crematorium Thursday 30th September at 2.20pm. Family flowers, donations to Ellenor Lions Hospice.
