THULBORN peacefully on November 21st 2010 in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge Ward C10 with his family around him Jack Edwin, aged 16 years. Dearly loved son of Andrew and Trudy, loving brother of Chloe, step brother of James, step son of Dan and Tracey, a much loved grandson, nephew and cousin and friend to many. Funeral service on Monday December 6th 2010 at Tydd St Giles Parish Church at 10.45am followed by cremation at Mintlyn Crematorium, Kings Lynn. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between Ward C10, Addenbrookes and Teenage Cancer Trust may be made at the service or sent to Peter Barnes, Independent Funeral Director, Murrow. Orange may be worn if desired.
