BARNES Peacefully on 18th December 2010 at his home. Alfred (Alf) of March and formerly of Parson Land Doddington, aged 98 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Edith, much loved dad of Maureen and Carol, father in law of David and Brian, a devoted and much loved grandad and great grandad. Funeral service at St Peters Church, Wimblington on Wednesday 5th January 2010 at 12 noon. Followed by Cremation at Fenland Crematorium. Family flowers only. If desired donations in his memory for the Alzheimers Research Trust may be made at the service or sent to Turner and Son, Independent Funeral Directors, City Road, March, Cambs, PE15 9LS.
