NEWELL Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 4th January 2011 at Thorpe Hall, Peterborough. Vera Ada, aged 84 years. Devoted wife of the late Selwyn, much loved sister of William Pope of Manea and John Pope of Essex and a friend of many. Funeral service to be held at St Nicolas Church, Manea on Thursday 20th January at 1.30 p.m., followed by interment at Manea Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Manea Surgery and Sue Ryder Care, Thorpe Hall, Peterborough, may be made at the service or sent to George James and Son (inc. Brewins Funerals) City Road, March, Cambs, PE15 9LS.
