KOJAK Born 30th June 1958 -passed to heaven 31st December 2011 CLAUDIO CSERNIKOVICS Kojak, to all who knew him passed to heaven on New Years Eve 2011, aged 53 years old. Husband to Lyn, father to Claire and Laura, grandfather to five devoted grandchildren, best friend to many, left this earth to join God in heaven on the afternoon of 31st December 2011 at Boston Pilgrims Hospital. Kojak was a gentleman never putting himself first, always there for his wife, children and grandchildren. Loved life, loved his family, loved golf with his friends and helped everyone, asked for nothing. Served in the Army with the Welsh Guards and then transferred into The Royal Army Medical Corps finishing as WO2 Chief Clerk then was commissioned as an officer with the TA RAMC in Cambridge with the rank of Captain. Worked as Store manager at HMP Whitemoor since retiring from the regular Army in 1998. The funeral will be held at Fenland Crematorium, March on the 20th January 2012 at 14.15pm. No flowers please at the familys request. All donations to Help the Heroes may be left at the service or sent c/o Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services, Church Street, Holbeach, PE12 7LL.Your tribute has been received.
