Amelia Louise Chloë HOADLEY 29th January ~ 8th February 2012 Daughter of Amanda & Andrew Hoadley, survived by her identical twin sister Charlotte Vanessa Chloë (currently in Neonatal Intensive Care), and sadly joining her big sister Chloë Louise, who we also lost to Meningitis aged 10 months and 11 days in 2007 x Our beloved daughter Amelia passed away peacefully in our arms aged only 10 Days. Despite Amelia being born 11 weeks prematurely both her and her sister were doing very well. Sadly a few days after birth she bravely fought Septicaemia but then developed/succumbed to Meningitis x Amelias funeral will be held on Thursday 1st March 2012:-13:00 Service at Eltham Crematorium Chapel, Crown Woods Way SE9 2AZ 14:00 Burial at Hillview Cemetery, Wickham Street, Welling DA16 3DA Everyone is welcome to join us afterwards at The Green Man, next to Hillview Cemetery.
