ROSE Peacefully at his home on 12th May 2013 JOHN THORINGTON, aged 82 years of Parsons Drove. Dearly loved husband of the late Iris, father of June, friend of Colin and companion of Thora. John will be sadly missed by his sister Ann, his brother and sister-in-laws, by his nephews and nieces and by his many friends. A funeral service will be held at Southea Church, Parsons Drove on Thursday 23rd May 2013 at 4pm followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to be shared between the Palliative Care Unit North Cambs Hospital (Cheques made payable to Cambs MH & PCT Charitable Funds) and Parson Drove Surgery may be given at the service or sent to Peter Barnes, Independent Funeral Director, Murrow, Wisbech, PE13 4HB.
