In loving memory of a much loved Dad JACK JOHN BLOOM who passed away on 4th June 2013 aged 61 years. Gone but not forgotten. His Funeral will take place on Thursday 20th June 2013 at Eastbrook End Cemetery 11am. All who knew him are welcome to attend. Donations in lieu of flowers.
