In memory of SARAH JANE CASE 1932-2013 formerly of St Albans Road Seven Kings Ilford Essex much loved Aunt and Sister, passed away peacefully at Seabrooke Manor Nursing Home Ilford on the 27th of September 2013. Viewing at T Cribb & Sons Funeral Directors High Road Chadwell Heath Wednesday 2nd October 2013 -Thursday 3rd October 2013. Funeral to be held in Donard County Wicklow Ireland on Saturday the 5th October 2013.Your tribute has been received.
