It is with great sadness that we have to tell you that PHIL COLWILL the first head teacher of Blenheim Junior School in Orpington Kent died at the aged of 83, peacefully on Tuesday September 24th after a long illness. He leaves a widow Elizabeth, son Christopher and daughter Catherine.
