PATRICK CHARLES STONE 17.3.1927 - 19.10.2013 Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Funeral will be at South Essex Crematorium on Friday 1st November 2013 at 10.40am. All are invited to attend the funeral and join the family for refreshments afterwards at May & Baker Social Club, Rainham Road South, Dagenham. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Hospice at Home Nurses, Marie Curie Nurses, District Nurses and carers from Homestead for all their help care and compassion given to Pat and us at this sad time. Donations welcomed for St Francis Hospice. Gift aid envelopes and collection box will be available on the day care of the family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, will be missed and remembered by all family and friends.
