SCHOFIELD Passed away peacefully on 18th November 2013 at Peterborough City Hospital JACKIE aged 79 years. Dearly loved wife of Bert and loving Mum of Christine and Andrew. A wonderful Mum-in-law and devoted Grandma to Matt, Aimee and James, and loving Great Grandma to Alana, Olivia, Connor and Tierney. Service to be held at Fenland Crematorium.
