John Roland Moon Passed away peacefully in Darent Valley Hospital after a long illness which he fought bravely. Now reunited with wife Kathleen and son Jonathan. Funeral to be held at Eltham Crematorium on Thursday 16th April at 10:45am Cars to leave from Co-Op Funeralcare Dartford ay 10am Family flowers only, Donations in Johns memory to Leukaemia research c/o Co-Op Funeralcare, 91-93 Lowfield Street, Dartford DA1 1HP
