Constance Finch Connie Passed away peacefully aged 84 years On Sunday 27th November Surrounded by her family Funeral service to be held at Medway Crematorium on Friday 16th December 2016 at 10.30am Family flowers only but if you wish to make a donation our chosen charity would be Dementia UK C/O M. Tomlin & Son 51-53 New Road, Gravesend, Kent DA11 8AL Connie will be sadly missed by her family, but will be joining her beloved husband Ted.
