PATRICIA EDWARDS of Chadwell Heath died on 17th January 2018 at Queens Hospital Romford. Funeral to be held at Forest Park Crematorium on 9th February 2018 at 12pm. Family flowers only, donations welcomed to British Heart Foundation. Loved and missed by cousins and nieces.
